I meet up with Jeff not so long along and I could see he was hungry. I made the mistake of sharing my mobile number with Jeff and from there on, he has been relentless in wanting to learn and attending networking sessions. I remembered when he got his first deal which we talk about in this episode. Jeff was raised in the rural area with his mother who was a domestic worker and he is the first in his family to have a job in town and now he supports his mother and siblings back home.
Jeff does property part time whilst being a mechanical engineer full time. We touched on may topics, enjoy.
My take away in this episode is: - If you do not know ask - try to model from people who are doing what you are wanting to do - your background should not hold you back
